What it is A practical, half-day working session to align your team, fix the few bottlenecks that slow delivery, and leave with a shared 90-day plan. We start with value creation—what customers and employees actually experience—then confirm viability with finance (pricing, margins, and effort). Who should attend 6–12 people who own or influence the work: leadership, the operator(s) who run the process, and one voice for the customer. Outcomes • Clear priorities and 2–3 high-impact plays the team believes in • A before/after view of the key handoff(s) we’re fixing • Owners, timing, and a 90-day rhythm (check-ins and measures) • A quick viability check for each play (price/tier/margin or effort) Typical agenda (4 hours) 1) Discover (60 min): current state, where customers feel friction, where time is lost 2) Decide (90 min): select 2–3 plays; define owners, success signals, and first steps 3) Design (60 min): new flow/swimlane and simple scoreboard (leading + lagging) 4) Commit (30 min): risks, dependencies, and a 30/60/90-day cadence Deliverables • A 90-day plan (plays, owners, timeline, success signals) • Updated flow or swimlane for the key handoff(s) • A simple scorecard (blend of human and financial measures) • Summary email same day; workshop notes within 48 hours Format & logistics • Onsite (Oʻahu) or virtual; neighbor islands available with travel • We provide a short intake to shape the session to your context • Light pre-reads are fine; no heavy deck required Preparation (optional) Share current offers/pricing (if applicable), a brief description of your process, and any must-hit dates.
